Q&A on quora

The answer to this is vest, with many points for nature does not have power, it is governed by The God:

1. [He it is Who sends down water (rain) from the sky; from it you drink & from it (grows) the vegetation on which you send your cattle to pasture;]  (16:10)

2. [With it He causes to grow for you the crops, the olives, the date-palms, the grapes, & every kind of fruit. Verily! In this is indeed an evident proof & a manifest sign for people who give thought].  (16:11)

3. [And He has subjected to you the night & the day, the sun & the moon; & the stars are subjected by His Command. Surely, in this are proofs for people who understand].  (16:12)

4. [And whatsoever He has created for you on this earth of varying colors (vegetation, fruits, botanical life, animal life). Verily! In this is a sign for people who remember].  (16:13)

5. [And He it is Who has subjected the sea (to you), that you eat thereof fresh tender meat (i.e. fish), & that you bring forth out of it ornaments to wear. And you see the ships ploughing through it, that you may seek (thus) of His Bounty (by transporting the goods from place to place) & that you may be grateful].  (16:14)

6. [And He has affixed into the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you, & rivers & roads, that you may guide yourselves].  (16:15)

7. [And landmarks (signposts, etc. during the day) & by the stars (during the night), they (mankind) guide themselves].  (16:16)

8. [Is then He, Who creates as one who creates not? Will you not then remember?]  (16:17)

9. [And if you would count the graces of The God, never could you be able to count them. Truly! The God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful].  (16:18)

10. [Verily! In the creation of the heavens & the earth, & in the alternation of night & day, & the ships which sail through the sea with that which is of use to mankind, & the water (rain) which The God sends down from the sky & makes the earth alive therewith after its death, & the moving (living) creatures of all kinds that He has scattered therein, & in the veering of winds & clouds which are held between the sky & the earth, are indeed Ayat (proofs, evidences, signs, etc.) for people of understanding].  (2:164)

11. [Who has made the earth a resting place for you, & the sky as a canopy, & sent down water (rain) from the sky & brought forth therewith fruits as a provision for you. Then do not set up rivals unto The God (in worship) while you know (that He Alone has the right to be worshipped)]. (2:22)

12. [It is He Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, & with it We bring forth vegetation of all kinds, & out of it We bring forth green stalks, from which We bring forth thick clustered grain. And out of the date_palm & its spathe come forth clusters of dates hanging low & near, & gardens of grapes, olives & pomegranates, each similar (in kind) yet different (in variety & taste). Look at their fruits when they begin to bear, & the ripeness thereof. Verily! In these things there are signs for people who believe].  (6:99)

13. [And it is He Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy (rain). Till when they have carried a heavy_laden cloud, We drive it to a land that is dead, then We cause water (rain) to descend thereon. Then We produce every kind of fruit therewith. Similarly, We shall raise up the dead, so that you may remember or take heed].  (7:57)

14. [The vegetation of a good land comes forth (easily) by the Permission of its Lord, & that which is bad, brings forth nothing but a little with difficulty. Thus do We explain variously the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for a people who give thanks].  (7:58)

15. [It is He who shows you the lightning, as a fear (for travellers) & as a hope (for those who wait for rain). And it is He Who brings up (or originates) the clouds, heavy (with water)].  (13:12)

16. [He sends down water (rain) from the sky, & the valleys flow according to their measure, but the flood bears away the foam that mounts up to the surface, & (also) from that (ore) which they heat in the fire in order to make ornaments or utensils, rises a foam like unto it, thus does The God (by parables) show forth truth & falsehood[]. Then, as for the foam it passes away as scum upon the banks, while that which is for the good of mankind remains in the earth. Thus The God sets forth parables (for the truth & falsehood, i.e. Belief & disbelief)].  (13:17)

17. [The God is He Who has created the heavens & the earth & sends down water (rain) from the sky, & thereby brought forth fruits as provision for you; & He has made the ships to be of service to you, that they may sail through the sea by His Command; & He has made rivers (also) to be of service to you].  (14:32)

18. [And He has made the sun & the moon, both constantly pursuing their courses, to be of service to you; & He has made the night & the day, to be of service to you].  (14:33)

19. [And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, & We gave it to you to drink, & it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like].  (15:22)

nothing & no one has power. everyone & everything exist & functions by The Will of The God:

1. [The God, there is no god but He, The Ever Living, The One Who sustains & protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens & whatever is on earth… His Throne extends over the heavens & the earth, & He feels no fatigue in guarding & preserving them. And He is The Most High, The Most Great.] (2:255)
